Quantity Take-off
This report usually required during bidding stage. It involves all the quantities of respective trades which enable bidder to submit detailed estimates. Take-offs will be carried out by using Estimation softwares with available drawings from the client. Trade Take-off reports will be highly beneficial and quickest method in getting accurate quotes from the subbies and tradies.
Preliminary Estimates
This type of estimates helps the clients to assess the construction cost at initial stages of the development. We based our prices from similar projects done in the past and we also used the Standard cost books available in the market. We required preliminary drawings or sketches and scope of works to established the project cost.
Detailed Estimates
This report involves with Detailed quantities with unit rates. Sometimes, Clients request Builders to submit this report for evaluation of tender from different bidders. This report also know as Bill of Quantities (BOQ). We used current market cost books and our database price list for very detailed and accurate reports
Contract Administration
We also offer the services for contract administration during the Pre contract stage as well during the Post contract stage. This Type of estimation is based on the market prices by getting quotes from subbies and tradies. Either you can choose to get quotes from your List of sub-contractors or we will source the subbies and tradies to get you efficient quotes. Dedicated services will be provided from our Team of Estimators
BIM/Virtual Estimation
With Virtual Construction Model, you will be able to see all the quantified items in the model itself. All of your quantities are associated with price, vendor & cost code. Produce purchase orders, RFQ's, Client Estimates etc. Easy to identify variations and issue change orders.
